Service Description
Fantasy Art Studio One-Hour Group Art Class Policies Price $35 + HST per child, per 1-hour class. Payment is required before the class (online or in the studio). Age Classes are for children ages 5 and up. What’s Included All art materials are provided. Professional acrylic paints. Brushes, pencils, erasers, mixed media paper, drawing paper, canvas (depending on the project). Aprons are provided. Class Options Choose one of the following: Step-by-step instruction with the teacher. Independent drawing or painting from still-life setups, plaster sculptures, or reference images (landscapes, animals, flowers, portraits, etc.) with guidance from the instructor. Studio Materials Students may independently use: Brushes Pencils Erasers Sharpeners Paper towels Water containers Paint palettes Paint Policy Professional paints are provided by the instructor only. Students may request additional colours at any time, but paint bottles and tubes are not available for self-service. Artwork Students take home their completed artwork after each class. Clothing Aprons are provided. Professional acrylic paints may permanently stain clothing. Fantasy Art Studio is not responsible for stained or damaged clothing. Studio Care Students are welcome to set up their own workspace before class. Fantasy Art Studio staff will clean all materials and workstations after class. Attendance This is a pay-as-you-go class. Students may attend as often as they wish—weekly, multiple times a week, or occasionally. Each class is paid for individually.

Fantasy Art Studio Birthday Party Policies THANK YOU FOR CELEBRATING WITH US! CAPACITY & AGE: Our birthday parties fit 10 children maximum. Children must be 8 years old and older. HOSTS / ADULTS: Only the party hosts (2 adults maximum) may stay in the studio during the party. DROP OFF POLICY: Parents/guardians who are not hosting the party must do drop off only and then leave the studio. They may not stay during the party. PARTY DURATION: Up to 3 hours in total. ART ACTIVITY: The guided art activity lasts approximately 90 minutes. FOOD & DRINKS: Parents may bring their own food, drinks and birthday cake. Fantasy Art Studio does not provide food or beverages. CHILD SUPERVISION: Parents are responsible for supervising children during food time and free-play. OUR PARROT: We have a studio parrot! Interaction is supervised by staff only. Please do not touch or feed the bird. CLEAN UP: Please remove all decorations, food, gifts and personal belongings before leaving. Dispose of garbage and leave the party area reasonably clean. DAMAGE: Any damage caused beyond normal use may be the responsibility of the booking family. PAYMENT: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party. PERSONAL ITEMS: Fantasy Art Studio is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items.
