Service Description
Fantasy Art Studio Birthday Party Policies THANK YOU FOR CELEBRATING WITH US! CAPACITY & AGE: Our birthday parties fit 15 children maximum. Children must be 8 years old and older. HOSTS / ADULTS: Only the party hosts (2 adults maximum) may stay in the studio during the party. DROP OFF POLICY: Parents/guardians who are not hosting the party must do drop off only and then leave the studio. They may not stay during the party. PARTY DURATION: Up to 3 hours in total. ART ACTIVITY: The guided art activity lasts approximately 90 minutes. FOOD & DRINKS: Parents may bring their own food, drinks and birthday cake. Fantasy Art Studio does not provide food or beverages. CHILD SUPERVISION: Parents are responsible for supervising children during food time and free-play. OUR PARROT: We have a studio parrot! Interaction is supervised by staff only. Please do not touch or feed the bird. CLEAN UP: Please remove all decorations, food, gifts and personal belongings before leaving. Dispose of garbage and leave the party area reasonably clean. DAMAGE: Any damage caused beyond normal use may be the responsibility of the booking family. PAYMENT: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party. PERSONAL ITEMS: Fantasy Art Studio is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items.
