Service Description

Monthly Art Class Membership – Service Description & Studio Policy Monthly Membership includes 4 weekly art lessons (2 hours each). Students explore different art techniques including pencil drawing, oil pastel, acrylic painting, step-by-step guided projects, and real-life drawing exercises. Students can choose from a variety of art references, including animals, landscapes, portraits, flowers, and more. The studio also provides opportunities to work from still-life setups and plaster sculptures. Fantasy Art Studio provides: Professional quality mixed media paper and drawing paper Oil pastel paper when needed Brushes, pencils, erasers, aprons, and studio supplies Students are responsible for preparing their own workspace by taking the required supplies before class and returning them after use. Canvas Policy: Canvas is not included in the monthly membership. If a student wishes to create artwork on canvas, parents are responsible for purchasing an appropriate canvas. Canvas may only be provided by the studio for special occasions such as exhibitions when required. Paint Policy: Paints are provided and managed by the instructor. Students do not take paints independently. The instructor selects appropriate colours, controls paint usage, and can provide additional colours when needed for a project. Studio Care: Students take their artwork home after class. The instructor manages cleaning and resetting the workspace after each lesson. Payment Policy: Monthly Membership is a prepaid package of 4 art lessons. Payment is due during the first week of each month or on the first scheduled class of the month. The monthly payment reserves the student’s place in the program. Make-Up Class Policy: Monthly Membership includes 4 scheduled art lessons per month. If a student is unable to attend their scheduled class during a full week, one make-up class may be arranged at the next available time. Make-up classes must be used within the available schedule and cannot be carried forward indefinitely. If a student misses two or more scheduled classes without attending a make-up lesson, the missed lesson(s) will be considered used and no refunds or credits will be provided. Monthly payments reserve the student’s place in the program and cover ongoing studio costs and class preparation.
